Prices and tickets

The Haus des Meeres Aqua Terra Zoo is a non-profit, private company, without any financial support or government subsidies. All expenses are covered by entrance fees or the income from the cafes, the shop and our events. We would like to thank you for your contribution and wish you a lot of fun!

During vacation periods, on public holidays and on weekends there may be longer waiting times, especially in the morning, also for online tickets due to the high number of visitors. We also ask you to take advantage of our opening hours in the afternoon, daily until 8pm.

With your online tickets, you will continue to enjoy the advantage of the Fast Lane and can come directly to our gate. Online tickets can be booked 2 months in advance.

Online tickets for 2025 are already available in the webshop - please note price changes.

Ticket office closing time & last entry: 7.30 p.m.
The following applies to groups in general/school groups/classes: For every 10 paying schoolchildren/persons, one accompanying person (Supervisor) has free entry to the Haus des Meeres if the tickets are purchased on site at the ticket office (no online tickets).

Special senior discount on Mondays and Tuesdays. Groups of 15 seniors or more receive an additional 20% off the reduced rate! These discounted tickets can currently only be purchased at the ticket office and not online.

Wheelchair users:
One accompanying person per wheelchair user has free entry to the Haus des Meeres. You can reach each floor by elevator.

Please note that due to safety regulations only 6 wheelchair users are allowed in the house at the same time.
